Our student wellness programs support address total well-being including physical, financial, occupational, emotional and intellectual health. Students may choose from a variety of programs and health events to promote a healthy mind, body and spirit. As students adjust to the demands of medical school, our programs are designed to support their wellness goals.

Join us for a variety of wellness events hosted by Long School of Medicine Student Affairs. Throughout the year, medical students can access tools and strategies to guard against stress and burnout, and opportunities to practice those skills for a fulfilling career in medicine. Wellness services are open to students across all training years. When appropriate, programs and events may be designed specifically to students in certain training years.
