Are you ready to rediscover your wellness? 

With the help of wellness-related student organizations, ReDiscover Wellness (RDW) Week is a chance to explore simple strategies to support your health and well-being. Throughout the week, you’ll find opportunities to practice mindfulness, explore coping practices, and engage in activities that nurture balance and resilience. 

Alleviate Stress. Stay Motivated. Have Fun!

We host a variety of activities each year to keep you energized while alleviating stress and promoting positivity. Activities include hiking, yoga, weightlifting, health fairs, wellness gifts, painting and more. Each year we mix it up a bit to offer something of interest to everyone.
