Our Vision:

A GME Program where residents, fellows, faculty and staff are passionate about and energized by their work while leading fulfilling personal lives by infusing wellness into every part of the training environment.

Our Mission:

Promote resident, fellows and faculty wellbeing through advocacy, collaboration, effective interventions and innovative programming focused on individual and systemic wellness and resilience.

What We Do:

Coaching is an engaging conversation with a high functioning adult to learn what they want to achieve and areas where they feel they are stuck to support them through their journey to fulfill their dreams.

Mentoring allows us to share ways of bringing out the best of our clients. We provide guidance and resources.

Consulting provides resources and facilitates growth by engaging in conversations.

Training and Workshops provides new skills through educational activities and one-on-one training.

Counseling helps the client learn skills to overcome emotional problems, improve mental health, and refers the client to psychiatric services when needed.
