Exhibitor Opportunities Include:

Product Theatre: $20,000  
(Depending on availability)  

  • Includes:
    • Two (2) 30-minute non-CME speaking opportunities in a dedicated time slot (e.g., during breakfast or lunch)
    • One (1) 30-minute non-CME speaking opportunity in a dedicated time slot (e.g., during break in the afternoon)
    • Room, basic AV, and seating provided by the conference
    • Recognition as Product Theater Sponsor in agenda and conference signage
    • One (1) 6-ft exhibitor table with premium placement
    • Up to three (3) complimentary exhibitor registrations
    • Opportunity to provide branded materials and/or catering during the session (at sponsor’s expense)
    • Pre-event promotion in attendee emails and onsite materials (subject to production deadlines) 

Platinum Plus Breakfast 

  • Includes:
    • Exclusive company for breakfast time.
    • Exhibit booth in a prime location
    • Logo placement on all event materials and signage
    • Acknowledgment during the opening and closing remarks
    • Full-page ad in the program
    • Complimentary registrations for three representatives
    • Company will be responsible for breakfast costs. 

Platinum Exhibitor: $15,000 

  • Includes:
    • Exhibit booth in a prime location
    • Logo placement on all event materials and signage
    • Acknowledgment during the opening and closing remarks
    • Full-page ad in the program
    • Complimentary registrations for three representatives 

Gold Exhibitor: $10,000 

  • Includes:
    • Exhibit booth in a central location
    • Logo placement on event materials
    • Half-page ad in the program
    • Complimentary registration for two representatives 

Silver Exhibitor: $5000 

  • Includes:
    • Exhibit booth in standard location
    • Logo on program sponsor list
    • Quarter-page ad in the program
    • Complimentary registration for 1 representative 

Brass Exhibitor: $2000 

  • Includes:
    • Exhibit booth space
    • Logo on program sponsor list
    • Complimentary registration for 1 representative 

Additional company representative: $1000 per additional company representative. 

Registration and Payment 

Full payment for exhibit space must be received by UT Health San Antonio no later than February 1, 2026. Exhibitors may register additional company representatives beyond their allotted exhibitor level for a fee of $1,000 per representative.
