Cancellation Terms
Cancellations must be received by the UT San Antonio Office of CME by email only by May 18, 2026 at 12:00 pm CST for a refund. A $50 cancellation fee will be applied. Cancellations received after May 18, 2026 will not be refunded.
In the event of course cancellation by conference organizers, all registration fees will be fully refunded. UT San Antonio will not refund any travel costs incurred.
