My Role with Students and Residents at Long School of Medicine
For students with an early interest, I offer preceptorship opportunities. I regularly teach medical students during their Sub-Internship or Neurology Clerkship at the bedside and through didactic lectures. Similarly, I teach and train EM residents, Neurology residents, & Neurosurgery residents, as well as Critical Care Fellows from different specialties (including our own dedicated Neurocritical Care Fellows) while rotating on our service. I also highly encourage participation in ongoing research projects for those who are interested in collaborating on short-term and long- term projects.
Three Fun Facts About Me
- I love karaoke and secretly look for opportunities.
- I have three dogs and a leopard gecko, and have been forbidden to adopt additional living creatures by members of my household due to capacity.
- I am a border-town girl at heart.
