Registration Rates
Attendee registration includes admission to all general sessions, lunch sessions, poster, and rapid-fire sessions. Registration also includes breakfast and lunch on February 18, breakfast, and lunch on February 19, a passed hors d’oeuvres reception on February 19, and breakfast on February 20, as well as refreshment breaks for the duration of the meeting. All fees are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Please note that registration will close at 12:00 pm CST on Monday, February 16, 2026.

Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel, the registration fee will be refunded less a $50 handling charge if notice is received by 11:59pm CST on Monday January 26, 2026. Cancellations received after Monday January 29, 2026, will not be refunded.

The UT Health Science Center San Antonio accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The Health Science Center San Antonio designates this live activity up to a maximum of 19.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™
The American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) accepts certificates of attendance for educational activities certified for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ from organizations accredited by the ACCME.
