Creating a brilliant patient experience deserves recognition.
Every week, more than 12,000 patients come to our practices, and every positive experience we provide further propels our mission to make lives better. Recognize your colleagues for their outstanding dedication to provide excellent, patient-centered care by nominating them to receive a Silver Star award.
About the Stars and Shields Awards
Silver Star award nominations are open year-round for nominating any UT Health San Antonio provider, staff, volunteer or team. A dedicated committee anonymously reviews every submission. Silver Star winners are recognized at the quarterly Silver Stars awards meeting.
Gold Shield Awards are an annual accolade presented each September at the year-end awards ceremony. This distinguished recognition is awarded to individuals and teams whose Silver Star nominations the committee voted as most outstanding.
