With the help of wellness-related student organizations, ReDiscover Wellness (RDW) is a chance to explore simple strategies to support your health and well-being. You’ll find opportunities to practice mindfulness, explore coping practices, and engage in activities that nurture balance and resilience.

We host a variety of activities each year to keep you energized while alleviating stress and promoting positivity. Activities include hiking, yoga, weightlifting, health fairs, wellness gifts, crafting and more. Each year we mix it up a bit to offer something of interest for everyone.

Skin-Care: Beyond Aesthetics

Walk with a Future Doc is a walking program for everyone interested in taking steps for a healthier lifestyle. You’ll take a few minutes to learn about a current health topic from a healthcare provider or medical student, then spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk and fun conversation. It’s a great way to get out, get active, and enjoy all the benefits that come from walking. Walk your own pace and distance.

Sound Bath Experience

Take a pause from the noise and demands of everyday life. A sound bath is a mindfulness experience where you relax and immerse yourself in soothing sounds and vibrations created by instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments.
Slow down, quiet your mind, release tension, and simply be present.
