Course Description

This course will describe the utility and indications of management of Post-Acute COVID syndrome patients.

Target Audience

This activity is designed to meet the educational goals of physicians and other healthcare professionals specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute and chronic sequela of COVID-19.

Learning Objectives

  • We will review relevant pathophysiology of COVID-19 that may lend to its long term effects
  • Understand what are the adverse long term impacts of COVID-19 on “long-haulers”
  • Discuss the indications for rehabilitation after COVID-19
  • Discuss current data on post-acute COVID syndrome and treatment options
