UT Health Science Center study will assess Mexican Americans and dementia risk

UT Health San Antonio has received a five-year, $15.5 million grant to conduct the San Antonio Heart and Mind Study, an investigation of why the region’s older Mexican Americans experience a higher rate of dementia than older non-Hispanic white adults.
