Brain health experts share research, hope at Think Science event

Three leading experts in neurology and aging gathered at UT Health San Antonio Sept. 22 for Texas Public Radio’s Think Science event to share the latest in brain health research. Three Health Science Center researchers receive UT System STARs awards

Juan Pablo Palavicini, PhD, an assistant professor in the Department of Cellular and Integrative Physiology; Jinjiao Wang, PhD, RN, the William and Berneice Castella Distinguished Professor in Aging Studies; and Yi Zhu, PhD, associate professor in the Department of Cellular and Integrative Physiology, received UT System Science and Technology Acquisition and Retention awards for their work in aging research.
