Welcome to UT Health Fountainhead

UT Health San Antonio has opened UT Health Fountainhead, a new location providing convenient access to primary care and lab services.

Located at 3846 Medical Drive in Fountainhead Business Park 2, the new location brings two established UT Health primary care practices together under one roof. The practice previously located at UT Health Medical Arts & Research Center (MARC) is now in Suite 100, while the practice previously located at UT Health Medical Drive is now in Suite 150.

“UT Health Fountainhead is not only a move to a more modern space for our current patients, but it also represents the growth of our primary care practice. We have hired a number of amazing new clinicians to increase primary care access for patients in and around San Antonio,” said Ramon Cancino, MD, MBA, executive director of the UT Health San Antonio Primary Care Center.

Patients can continue receiving care from the providers and teams they know and trust. “We’re excited to welcome our patients to UT Health Fountainhead. This new space allows us to continue providing the personalized, high-quality primary care our patients know and trust in a comfortable and convenient setting,” said Chandana Tripathy, MD, medical director of the primary care practice in Suite 100.

The location also offers on-site lab services. 

“Having primary care and lab services together at UT Health Fountainhead helps make it easier for our patients to access the care they need while staying connected to their UT Health care team,” said Cordelia Moscrip, MD, medical director of the primary care practice in Suite 150.
