September is Childhood Obesity Month. In America, nearly 1 in 5 children are obese or overweight, putting them at higher risk for health problems that can affect them both, physically and mentally.

Primary care physician, Dr. Cynthia Cantu, shares how to find your child's healthy weight and these tips for preventing obesity in kids:
