Get the care you need, anywhere. On Demand Urgent Care

Patients with MyChart can use On Demand Urgent Care to receive immediate, expert care for minor medical conditions directly through their computer, tablet or smartphone.

Instant video appointments with our primary care providers are available Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

On Demand Urgent Care appointments are held through MyChart, our free, secure online health portal where patients can have video appointments, view lab results, message their providers, request refills and more.

Here's how patients can start using On Demand Urgent Care:

1. Open the MyChart app on your mobile device or visit the MyChart website. If you don't already have MyChart, create your free, secure account now

2. Click Menu and then click the On Demand Urgent Care video camera icon.

3. Answer a few, quick questions to launch your visit.

4. You’ll be notified via text or email when your provider is ready to see you.

On Demand Urgent Care costs the same as a regular primary care visit and helps our patients avoid traveling and waiting in urgent care centers or emergency rooms. Health concerns like allergies, stomach aches, skin irritations, cold and flu symptoms, and other minor illnesses can be accurately be assessed by a primary care provider through an easy video visit. However, just like any other urgent visit, on-demand appointments are not designed to replace your regular primary care provider.

On Demand Urgent Care appointments are not for life-threatening emergencies. Patients experiencing a medical emergency should call 9-1-1.
