Doctor of Occupational Therapy Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
- Overall GPA of 3.0 or better.
- Program prerequisite GPA of 3.0 or better.
- Occupational Therapy Centralized Application Service online application.
- Supplemental application and fee.
- Official transcripts from all institutions attended.
- Two reference letters, preferably with at least one from a registered occupational therapist.
- 30 occupational therapy observation hours (Documentation of Experience form).
Program at a Glance
- 114 semester credit hours of graduate-level coursework.
- 6 months of full-time clinical fieldwork.
- A doctoral capstone project.
