All application requirements are to be uploaded to the ADEA PASS application website. We do not participate in the National Match Program. The application deadline is June 3, 2025, 3:00pm CST (for the 2026 program start) .
Interviews will be Friday June 20, 2025, at UT Health San Antonio.
Only complete applications with the additional supplemental fee paid will be reviewed.
- ADEA PASS application
- Official dental school transcript translation submitted to PASS. Unofficial transcripts from all schools attended, uploaded to PASS (this includes trade schools, community colleges, and universities).
- Transcripts must be translated and evaluated. Please use one of these services:
- NBDE Part I or INBDE passing scores uploaded to PASS
- Three professional evaluations submitted to PASS
- Institution evaluation submitted to PASS
- Complete CV uploaded to PASS (use link to required format) upload to PASS in the *Other 3 category for uploads
- TOEFL iBT scores submitted to PASS.
- International students are required to take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL iBT). The minimum required score for the TOEFL iBT is a total of 75 (min. score 4 on new scoring format), from a test taken same day (not "MyBest™ Scores"). The test must be taken within two years of applying for admission.
- ADAT scores submitted to ADEA PASS
- International students are required to take the Advanced Dental Admission Test (ADAT)
