Nicholas is a first year graduate student studying thymic involution under the mentorship of Dr. Ann Griffith. The major focus of his work involves looking at how the paracrine signaling between medullary thymic epithelial cells, mTECs, and cortical thymic epithelial cells, cTECs, is involved in the age-related atrophy and overall dysfunction of the thymus.
