Pathways to Careers in Science Workshop
This workshop provides trainees an opportunity to discuss the variety of career paths that are available to young scientists with a distinguished group of scientists who themselves have had interesting, and in some cases non-traditional, scientific career paths. Registration is required for this 2-hour workshop (3-5 PM, Friday 3 March 2017) that will be held at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (free shuttle service will be provided from the BBC meeting site, La Quinta, to the workshop). Registrants will be asked to provide questions and discussion topics prior to the workshop. Refreshments and light snacks will be provided. For those who are registered for the BBC meeting and who are attending the BBC reception on the River Walk, buses will pick up at the Health Science Center at 5:15PM.
