I understand the following statements:

I understand that failure to complete any admission requirements prior to enrollment once an admission offer has been accepted will result in a forfeiture of the $500.00 seat deposit to the School of Nursing. I understand that if the intent to enroll is withdrawn at any time, the $500.00 seat deposit fee is forfeited to the School of Nursing and will not be reimbursed under any circumstances. If the admitted student begins the program, $250 will be refunded to the student after the 12th day of class. The additional $250 is a School of Nursing processing fee and is non-refundable. If the admitted student does not begin the nursing program, the full $500 is non-refundable.
