Professional License Disclosures

UT Health San Antonio’s School of Nursing makes the following information available as part of its absolute commitment to compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, rules and policies.

In compliance with the U.S. Department of Education’s Regulation 34 CFR 668.43 (a) (5) (v), the following three items are provided.

1. A list of all states/jurisdictions where the institution’s curriculum meets state educational requirements for professional licensure or certification

Students graduating from the BSN program*  meet the educational requirements for licensure in the State of Texas and therefore meet the educational eligibility requirements for the following 33 states that have currently enacted the Nurse Licensure Compact as of July 1, 2020:
