Admission Requirements

  • BSN, MSN and DNP from a nationally accredited school of nursing (ACEN, NLNAC, CCNE)
  • 3.0 minimum GPA from last 60 hours of college coursework
  • Three professional references
  • Candidates for graduate admissions will be invited to interview and submit a writing sample

Application and Fee

There is a $50 administrative processing fee for International applicants. 

Transcripts

The admissions application and official transcripts are due to EMBARK by the application deadline. Please submit official transcripts of all attended schools to through EMBARK.

Program Information

The PhD in Nursing Science program is a research-based doctoral degree, which prepares students for careers as clinical nurse scientists and faculty. Admission can occur at the Post-BSN or Post-MSN or Post-DNP levels.
