The following notices are valid as of May 22, 2020:

 

Planned Power Outage for Barshop Building at Texas Research Park on June 6, 2020

May 20 , 2020

 

UT Health Facilities Management has scheduled routine preventative maintenance on the TRP Barshop building’s normal power electrical distribution gear.  Only the TRP Barshop building will be impacted by this work with normal power being temporarily unavailable.  All emergency power systems to include security systems, life safety, lighting, emergency power outlets and networking will be available throughout the duration of the maintenance work.

 

 -Power Systems Routine Preventative Maintenance Date And Time:  Saturday, June 6, 2020, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.


 -Buildings Impacted:  Texas Research Park - Barshop Building  (ONLY)

 

Please power down any computers and all nonessential equipment by the end of business day Friday, June 5, 2020.  Facilities Management will be conducting building rounds and will be on site throughout the duration of the routine maintenance should you require any support.

Upcoming Lane Closures on Floyd Curl Dr. Due to New Barshop Institute Construction on May 19-22, 2020

This is a notice of upcoming temporary road closures regarding Floyd Curl Dr. From May 19, 2020, until May 22, 2020, portions of Floyd Curl Dr. near the STRF and the new Barshop will be temporarily closed to allow for work on the connecting bridge.  The temporary road closure only affects the eastbound lanes of Floyd Curl Dr. and west of Sid Katz Dr.

 

- Tuesday, May 19th and Wednesday, May 20th:  Traffic control barricades, signs, and a police officer will be in place by 7:00 a.m. to facilitate the road closure of the two eastbound lanes on Floyd Curl Dr. and the single right turn lane into the UT Health San Antonio Greehey Campus.  During this road closure, the single left turn lane that transitions to Charles Katz Dr. will remain open for public vehicular traffic and for Greehey Campus access.  At the end of each of these work days and by 7:00 p.m., the traffic control barricades will be removed and all traffic lanes will be re-opened.  View map for details.
