Hunaiza Ather

Hunaiza Ather was born in India and grew up in Dubai. She earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S.) degree in India before completing her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) at the University of Colorado in 2015. With over 10 years of experience, Dr. Ather has practiced as a caring and skilled general dentist in both community health and private practices in Texas and Virginia. She is passionate about continuous learning, providing excellent patient care, and giving back to the community.

Dr. Ather feels privileged to be part of the UT San Antonio Endodontic Program. In her free time, she loves hiking, traveling, and enjoying quality time with her husband, an alumnus of UT Health San Antonio, and their cheerful 7-year-old son.
