Accelerating regenerative sciences to deliver therapies for oral health.
Our Vision
The Center for Regenerative Sciences is focused on developing therapies for the regeneration of connective tissues, including alveolar bone, keratinized and non-keratinized epithelium, periodontal ligament attachment CT fibers, and potentially tooth and pulpal tissues. Investigating the implementation of recombinant growth factors, stem cells and biologically active materials/compounds, the Center’s focus will be the regeneration of tissues of the orofacial complex and exploring other interdisciplinary clinical applications to address pressing national health challenges.
