Research Topic
Delineating the role of NK cells in Bladder Cancer
My research focuses on NK cells, and by extension innate lymphoid cells (ILCs), in bladder cancer. NK cells are abundant amongst the bladder tumor immune infiltrates and are prognostically relevant specifically in bladder cancer. My work focuses on defining tumor infiltrating NK cells and delineating the role of NK cells in bladder cancer. Additionally, I investigate NK-targeting immunomodulatory drugs and the underlying mechanism.
