Noah Sanchez

Ph.D. Student

Noah Sanchez is a Ph.D. candidate in the Radiological Sciences department. He is studying medical physics on the medical imaging track specifically for magnetic resonance imaging and spectroscopy studies. His research interests include the quantitation of high-energy phosphorus containing metabolites, intramyocellular and extramyocellular fat using 31-P and 1-H MRS and MRI methods. He is also currently investigating MRS related phenomena such as the Nuclear Overhauser Effect for the implementation of these physical phenomena in-vivo to aid in skeletal muscle metabolism assessment.

His hobbies and interests include olympic weightlifting, old-school fighting games, and spending time with friends and loved ones.
