Adriana Munoz, MSN, APRN, AGACNP-BC
Ph.D. Student
Adriana is an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and 3rd year Nursing PhD student at UT Health San Antonio. Adriana’s area of research is in women with hemophilia, who have struggled to obtain accurate diagnosis and medical treatment as this diagnosis has predominantly only been known to affect males. Her hope is to improve the quality of life by identifying and addressing these unique challenges. Adriana currently works at UT Health Physicians, Department of Medicine in Hospital Medicine at University Hospital. She enjoys spending time with her children, roads trips and volunteering at her church, Community Bible Church, as a first aid responder during weekend services.
