How To Accept or Decline Your GSBS Offer of Admission

Step 1: Log in to the application portal

Login to the GSBS application portal (same system you use to apply): https://uthscsa.embark.com/apply/2026.

 

Step 2: Navigate to your dashboard

Step 3: Locate your application

On your dashboard, scroll to the application for which you would like to declare a decision.

 

Step 4: Open your decision record

On this screen you will see 

  • A link to your decision letter, and 
  • The program’s final decision 

To declare your decision, click on your name or the Edit button associated with the application.

Step 5: Complete the Acceptance Form

Select the Acceptance Form tab. Enter your name, email address, date, then indicate whether you are accepting or declining the offer of admission. Be sure to save or submit the form once completed.
