Dr. Rajani came to UTHSCSA from the University of Florida, Gainesville in 2011 after completing his musculoskeletal oncology fellowship. He completed his Bachelors of Science in Economics and Biology and obtained his Medical Degree at the University of Michigan where he graduated with a distinction in research in 2005. Subsequently, he did his orthopaedic surgery training at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia where he also assisted as a team physician for the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets football and men’s basketball teams. He is interested in the treatment of malignant and benign bone and soft tissue tumors and has completed the first part of his ABOS in 2010.
