Attention: employees who have ORP or TSA accounts
The office of human resources will offer sessions to educate employees about the 2001 Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act that President George W. Bush signed into law on June 7 (see schedule). Representatives from several companies that offer the Optional Retirement Program (ORP) and the Tax Sheltered Annuity (TSA) accounts will be on hand to answer questions. Employees will learn about new provisions that can create planning opportunities for them, and about incentives that will allow them to save more to fund their retirement accounts.
It's never too late to start saving for retirement. For information about enrolling in an ORP or TSA account, contact the benefits section in the office of human resources at ext. 7-2610.
For more information about the sessions, call ext. 7-2590.
