Open Enrollment ends July 31

The human resources office reminds employees that they still have time to make changes to their benefits plans. Open Enrollment ends at midnight July 31.

Changes can be made via the U. T. Touch System. To access the system, call 1-800-UT-TOUCH or go to the human resources Web page at www.uthscsa.edu/hr. Employees can hear or view their current benefits and make changes directly from their phones or personal computers 24 hours a day, seven days a week until midnight July 31. Employees should have their personal identification numbers (PINs) ready. PINs and current benefits selections were mailed to employees' homes earlier this month.

For those who do not have access to computers, the human resources office will make available four PCs in the office lobby, room 114 of the Administration Building, during regular business hours in July. Human resources staff will be available to guide users through the U. T. Touch Online System.

Bexar County Medical Society membership directory to be compiled

Bexar County Medical Society member physicians at University Hospital are invited to have their pictures taken for inclusion in the society's pictorial membership directory. The directory is a valuable resource for the area medical community.

There is no charge for the sitting, which will take 10 to 15 minutes. Additional portraits can be ordered for personal or professional needs.

Call 1-800-355-5821 to schedule an appointment.
