Institutional funding opportunity available

The Institutional Strategic Research Planning Committee established a competitive research program for new faculty at the Health Science Center. This program is called the Competitive Research Enhancement Fund (CREF). Eligible applicants include new faculty at the assistant professor or instructor level, from any of the Health Science Center schools, who joined the faculty between May 1, 1999, and July 1, 2000. Both tenure- track and non-tenure-track faculty are eligible. The deadline for applications is July 1. To obtain an application, contact Liz Buel in grants management at ext. 7-2330.
