, clinical practice of the School of Medicine at the Health Science Center, will present the free session at noon Tuesday, July 15, at the Health Science Center’s Joe R. and Teresa Lozano Long Campus, 7703 Floyd Curl Drive in San Antonio.
Dr. Chen will discuss chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, watery eyes and other problems, and treatments such as medications, balloon sinus dilation and minimally invasive sinus surgery.
Dr. Chen is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. He is a fellowship-trained rhinologist, a physician who specializes in problems affecting the nose and sinuses.
Dr. Chen, assistant professor of otolaryngology – head and neck surgery in the School of Medicine, treats many ear, nose and throat conditions but is particularly interested in diseases affecting the sinuses.
