The UT Health Science Center San Antonio is celebrating HSC Wellness Week Oct. 25-29 with three campus events. A Health Fair will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 27, a Fun Run & Walk
is set for Thursday, Oct. 28, and the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new Employee Health and Wellness Clinic is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 29.
“Our mission is to make lives better, but I think sometimes we get so busy with work and other commitments that we don’t apply the sound principles of healthy living to our own lives,” said President William L. Henrich, M.D., MACP, an avid swimmer, runner and bike rider.
“I’d like HSC Wellness Week to be the kickoff for a healthier lifestyle for all of us,” he said. “Please try to make time to take part in all three of these activities.”Health Fair
