Harvard Club to host "Life Science Revolution" presentation at UTHSC

San Antonio (Feb. 21, 2003) — The Harvard Club of San Antonio and The Harvard Business School Health Industry Alumni Association present "Transforming Life, Transforming Business: The Life Science Revolution" from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 23, in the Health Science Center Auditorium. Invited speakers include Dr. Susan Naylor, Presidential Distinguished Scholar from the department of cellular and structural biology at UTHSC, Dr. Abraham Verghese, director of the Center for Medical Humanities and Ethics at the Health Science Center, Juan Enriquez-Cabot, a senior research fellow and director of the Harvard Business School Life Sciences Project, and Dr. James R. Wild, chair of the genetics faculty at Texas A&M University. Dr. Fernando Guerra, director of the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District, will moderate the event. There is no charge for this event and the public is invited.
