Academic Glaucoma Specialist
The Department of Ophthalmology of the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio is seeking a full-time candidate for a position on our faculty. Candidate must have completed an approved glaucoma fellowship and be able to obtain a Texas medical license. He or she should have demonstrated excellent clinical and surgical abilities, and possess outstanding interpersonal skills. The candidate must be committed to teaching, superior patient care and have some interest in research. Teaching residents, clinical fellows and medical students is expected. The candidate will be joining a busy, diverse group practice where teamwork is valued. Academic rank and salary are based upon qualifications.
